Druid Walks

The City of Calgary has over 10,000 hectares of parkland, and nearly 800 km if pathways and over 5,600 public park sites.  There are so many natural places to experience right with the boundary of this city of over 1.2 million people.

On the 4th Sunday of each month, we will host a Druid walk.  Each time, the walk will be in a different park with the intention of getting to better know this Place.   Everyone is welcome to these family friendly outings.

We will meet at 10:30 am and walk together for about an hour, exploring  and casually visiting both old and new friends.  We will see what we see, and experience the park as it is.   Afterwards, we will either go for coffee, lunch or have a picnic. Come prepared for the weather, with walking shoes, your water bottle, and anything else you might need for an hour or so walk.  More detailed will be provided in the blog closer to the date.
